Return policy

We care about product quality and about our customers' comfort. Below we explain the terms for returning goods and what to do when receiving your order from the SOKUROVE website.

Return of a food product of proper quality

SOKUROVE ghee is a food product. Under the current legislation of Ukraine, food products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned (List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172). This means that a quality product which simply did not suit you cannot, unfortunately, be returned.

Please check the integrity of the packaging and the product right at the moment of receipt — at the branch or in the courier's presence. If any damage is found, be sure to notify the delivery service employee and have a report (act) drawn up. Claims regarding visible damage made after the goods have been accepted without remarks may be rejected.

If the product is damaged during delivery

If on receipt you discover damaged packaging, a broken membrane or other visible defects, be sure to record this together with the delivery service employee and have the corresponding report (act) drawn up. After that, contact us:

  • write to solaross.sokurove@gmail.com or call +38 (097) 150-40-16;
  • state your order number and describe the problem;
  • attach photos of the product and packaging and a copy of the report (act) — and, if possible, an unboxing video.

We will review your request within 3 business days and inform you of the decision.
