Public offer (sale and purchase agreement)

This document is an official public proposal (offer) by LLC “SOLAROSS” to conclude a distance sale-and-purchase agreement for goods via the website sokurove.com.ua. Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

1. General provisions

  • The agreement is concluded in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
  • The Seller is LLC “SOLAROSS”. The Buyer is any legally capable person who has placed an order on the site.
  • Acceptance of this offer is deemed to be the Buyer's placement of an order on the site.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods — SOKUROVE ghee and related products — to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer. Images, descriptions, composition and characteristics of the goods are provided on the relevant pages of the site.

3. Placing an order

  • The order is placed by the Buyer independently on the site or by phone.
  • For placement and delivery, the Buyer provides the necessary data: first and last name, phone number, delivery address (Nova Poshta branch).
  • The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. After placement, a manager may contact the Buyer to confirm the order.

4. Price and payment

Prices for goods are shown on the site in hryvnias. The Seller may change prices up to the moment an order is placed; the price of a specific order is fixed at the moment it is placed.

Payment is made online on the site — by bank card through a secure payment service. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta service to the branch or address specified by the Buyer.
  • Delivery times and cost are determined by the carrier's current tariffs.
  • The risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Seller undertakes to deliver goods of proper quality to the Buyer, in the completeness and quantity that match the order, and to provide accurate information about the goods.

The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data for placement and delivery, and to pay for and accept the order in good time.

7. Return of goods and funds

SOKUROVE ghee is a food product. Under the List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172), food products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

If damage to the goods is discovered on receipt, the Buyer records it together with a representative of the delivery service and has the corresponding report (act) drawn up. The procedure in such cases is defined by the Return Policy published on the site.

8. Liability of the parties

The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from improper storage or use of the goods by the Buyer, or from the Buyer providing inaccurate data.

9. Personal data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

10. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for full or partial failure to fulfil their obligations if it is caused by circumstances of insuperable force (force majeure) that arose after the conclusion of the agreement.

11. Other terms

The agreement is valid from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this offer by publishing a new version on the site. Anything not regulated by this offer is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
